Patriots vs. Chiefs was a good game and it went into overtime. In the first quarter, the Patriots had the ball for the first 8 minutes, then Sony Michel got a touchdown and the kick was good. 7-0. With 5:20 left, QB Patrick Mahomes lost 14 yards from Kyle Van Noy. It was now 4th and 24. That was the end of 1st quarter. 2 minutes into the 2nd quarter, the Patriots were 3rd and goal but Reggie Ragland got an interception. 4 minutes left, Trey Flowers tackles Mahomes for 4th down. 30 seconds left, Phillip Dorsett gets a touchdown. 14-0 and the Chiefs hadn't scored.
Travis Kelce from the Chiefs gets a touchdown 2 minutes into the 3rd. 14-7. Stephen Gostkowski gets 3 points for the Patriots. 17-7. Damien Williams gets a touchdown 10 seconds into the fourth. 17-14. Gehrig Dieter, who is on the Chiefs, gets the ball after the kicker for the Chiefs kicks it and Gehrig gets a touchdown but it doesn't count. Daniel Soresen gets an interception with 8 minutes left. Again, Damien Williams gets another touchdown. 17-21. Again, Sony Michel gets a TD. 24-21. For a 3rd time, Damien Williams gets a TD. 24-28. Rex Burkhead gets a TD. 31-28. 10 seconds left, Chiefs get a kick and tie.
31-31. In overtime, Rex Burkhead get another touchdown for the win. 37-31. PATRIOTS ARE GOING TO SUPER BOWL.
