Bali is a famous Indonesian island known for its forested volcanic mountains, rice paddies, beaches and coral reefs. Some volcanoes in Bali are Mount Agung which is an active volcano in Bali. This stratovolcano is the highest point on the island as well. It dominates the surrounding area influencing the climate. Also the clouds come from the west and Agung takes the water so the west is highly lush and green while the east is very dry. Another volcano that plays an important role on the island is Batur which is the most active volcano on the island during the past centuries, Batur has had a number of small eruptions every few years. The final volcano on the island isn't as active as the others is Bratan, however no one know it's current age. There are also twenty religious sites that many visit.
